To gain a better understanding of the business, we first conducted a brand workshop – we asked questions about their target market, their future direction and any threats to their business. We then distilled the information into attributes and determined what the company needed to achieve in order to differentiate themselves from their competitors.
As Warwick were also preparing to launch new software, we provided a strategy to help raise awareness.
We first developed a simple set of brand guidelines for their new software – which aimed to combine the company’s heritage and their future ambition – and strategised an advertising campaign that would include occupational health websites, magazines and local media outlets.
We also planned and organised a launch event by creating personalised invitations, organising the event set up and producing stand graphics. The animated videos we created aimed to inform and inspire clients, demonstrate the forward-thinking nature of the business and highlight the software’s USPs.
As well as providing a lot of support, what I like most is their creativity and ability to design and display information when responding to the challenges we present.
After a successful launch event, which was well received by 100 attendees including clients, stakeholders and staff, we have provided Warwick International with ongoing support in their marketing activity. Further animated videos, corporate stationery and advertising campaigns have been central to their marketing strategy, allowing the company to grow its market share and acquire new clients. We continue to provide design and print services, web maintenance, advertising campaigns and exhibition graphics – the TWIST stand, which was used during conferences and exhibitions, remains one of our favourites.
